As of January 1, 2021, the Milton Animal Shelter remains closed to visitors. We are committed to keeping the public and animals we serve as safe as possible. We will be monitoring the phone lines and will call back in a timely manner. If we have adoptable animals, all applications and screenings will be done by e-mail, and meet and greets for both cats and dogs will be done by appointment only. Please make sure your pets are rabies vaccinated and licensed so if they are picked up as strays they can be returned to you. Surrenders will be done on a case-by-case basis.

We always welcome monetary donations through PayPal and donated supplies from our wish list.

We will update this information as things change. Thank you and stay healthy!

The Milton Animal League is a volunteer group dedicated to the rescue, care, and adoption of animals in need at the Milton Animal Shelter. Every animal receives the best care possible. Their needs for housing, food and emotional support are met to the best of our ability. Every animal is fully vetted, and receives a physical exam, age appropriate vaccines, blood tests and spay/neuter. All adoptable animals are safe with us until they find their permanent homes with a new family. The Milton Animal Shelter is a 501 C3 non-profit charity organization. We rely solely on adoption and membership fees and donations from generous caring individuals and businesses.
