Have you ever had to have that family discussion about who is going to take Uncle Gus? You like him and you know he needs a home but he isn't exactly warm and fuzzy. Oh, he will give you lots of affection when he wants to, but don't greet him with a big hug! You know the type: friendly, funny, a little eccentric, and definitely can be cantankerous. Well, good old Uncle Gus is looking for a home.

Gus is about 10 years old. His owner passed away and a family member took him in begrudgingly. They kept Gus for two years but they never really wanted a cat, so they surrendered Gus to us. Gus is used to being the only pet in the home.

Dora is a 1-year-old female who was found as a stray. She loves to be petted, and she loves to chat! She is vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. She is a little shy at first but is a love bug once she warms up. If you would like to meet Dora, please email us at miltonanimalshelter@gmail.com

Ace Ventura may not be able to find lost animals, but he is one cool cat! Ace is 2 years old, vaccinated, neutered and ready to find a new home. He did live with a large dog, but did not live with other cats. He is a big boy and is very affectionate. Comet is a 2-year-old neutered male tuxedo cat. He was seen in the neighborhood for a couple of weeks. He is friendly and once he is comfortable, Comet is a lap cat.

Trinket is a four-month-old female kitten. She is looking for a home with another cat as she can be a bit shy on her own. She is a typical, playful kitten, full of energy. She doesn't really like to be picked up yet but with some work, we think she will be better about that.
